Service and Maintenance

Machines are constantly status reviewed on-line, for optimum advance troubleshooting. Our ATMs communicate with ALL The Bank Machine staff via Blackberry wireless devices, ensuring no issues are ever left unaddressed. Often a machine is repaired on-line from our office without the establishment or patrons ever knowing there was an issue.

Revenue Guidelines

The Bank Machine will happily help you determine the best surcharge fee for your demographic and business needs. Daily ATM earnings will be transferred into your bank account each business day.

Our complete service package leaves the service responsibility to us, and leaves you to manage your business.

Reporting

The Bank Machine will provide you with detailed monthly transaction summaries for the remitted amounts of your ATMs service charge revenues, and any other reporting you may require for your specific accounting needs. We create customized reporting for our customers, with available online access to view current transaction status on each ATM. Additionally, we can provide available instant internet access and PDA reporting.
