Ease of Use

The Bank Machine imports and uses highly revered NCR Easypoint brand ATMs. We are a direct factory distributor for NCR Easypoint line of ATM’s, with an established 12-year relationship. In addition, service information and our 24-hr toll-free phone number will be clearly displayed on the outside of each ATM, on the LCD screen, and on every receipt should there ever be a question about any ATM transaction. We also have access to other available commercial ATM brands and/or equipment.

Service

ATMs from the Bank Machine are covered by a full service agreement for both regular and emergency repair, and your service agreement is backed by our highly knowledgeable and factory trained technicians. We utilize the most advanced Web Monitoring and management tools with configurable Real-Time terminal alerts for terminal status, cash positions and terminal inactivity. We regularly stock replacement parts and replacement machines should a problem arise. Any questions can be directed to our 24-hr toll-free number (866-286-0555) clearly displayed on the ATM body, LCD screen and Receipt. Our complete service package leaves the service responsibility to us. The Bank Machine is always running, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Branding

Your Company’s logo and/or current promotions/ related media can be easily displayed (if desired) on the ATM’s LCD screen for additional ‘captured audience marketing’ and personal branding of the ATM.
